The Omnom chocolates are bean to bar hand crafted chocolates from organic cacao beans, originating from the cacao fields on the island jungles of the Caribbean, South America, Asia and Africa. Omnom sources only premium beans with the most interesting flavour profiles. Cacao beans are used from different origins in order to discover what makes each region special and unique and then enable each variety to find it's true potential through the chocolate making process.

Taste notes: A dominance of stone fruits and roasted hazelnuts with hints of raisins and ripe apricots.

Madagascar 66%

Taste notes: Nimble forest fruits and festive red berries balanced by an earthiness invigorated by a complex floral tang.

Ingredients: Organic cacao beans from Madagascar, raw cane sugar & cacao butter.

Dark Milk of Tanzania 65%

Taste notes: With a fudge-like texture and flavour of a brownie and notes of brown sugar and pears.

Ingredients: Cacao beans from Tanzania,raw cane sugar, organic cacao butter & Icelandic milk powder.

Milk of Madagascar 45%

Taste notes: Gentle maltiness emboldened by floral aromatics balanced by lush red berries.

Ingredients: Raw cane sugar, organic cacao butter, Icelandic milk powder & organic cacao beans from Madagascar.

Sea Salted Almonds + Milk 45%

Taste notes: Gentle maltiness emboldened by floral aromatics balanced by lush red berries & combined with roasted and sea salted chunks of almonds.

Ingredients: Raw cane sugar, organic cacao butter, Icelandic milk powder, organic cacao beans from Madagascar, sea salt & almonds.

Lakkrís + Sea Salt

Taste notes: Creamy caramelised chocolate spiced with raw Persian liquorice and finished with sprinkles of sea salt, harvested from the West Fjords of Iceland, by Saltverk.

Ingredients: Raw cane sugar, 38 % cacao butter, Icelandic milk powder, 3% raw liquorice and sea salt.

Coffee + Milk

Taste notes: Coffee. Roasted by Reykjavík Roasters

Ingredients: Organic cacao butter, Raw cane sugar, Icelandic milk powder & coffee beans from Jesus Maria farm in Nicaragua.

Spiced White + Caramel

Taste notes: Made with freshly grated orange peel, malt and cinnamon and sprinkled with salty caramel crunch.

Ingredients: Cacao butter, raw cane sugar, Icelandic milk powder, aromatic caramel (sugar, glucose syrup, water, butter, cream, salt, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate)), barley malt extract, salt, sunflower lecithin, orange peel, cinnamon.
